7 Reasons to Book Now for the Spring

Advice - Pools

One of the most common questions we receive from customers has to be, ‘When can we get our pool installed?’ This really comes down to the time of year you’re looking to install and the availability of the builders at that time. You might not think about it, but planning your spring installation early is one of the best ways to get your project started on the right foot,
and here are 7 reasons why:

I’m ready – let’s chat!

01-save your
place in line

Don’t wait until spring rolls around to pick up the phone to book your consultation or set your install date. By the time spring rolls around, we will have already been booking installations throughout the winter, which will leave you with an installation date later on in the summer.

If you’re considering having a pool for next season, right now is the perfect time to call one of our stores to begin the process and get an installation date as early in the season as possible. The last thing you want is for spring to roll around, you call the store, and we have to inform you that we are booked until nearly the middle of summer.

02-Get last years
prices

As with any business, the cost of goods goes up each year as the prices increase from manufacturers and suppliers for things like steel, vinyl, and equipment. The best way to take advantage of seasonal savings is to book your spring pool build before the year ends. This way you’re able to take advantage of previous year pricing before the suppliers and manufacturers costs increase.

03-get a full season
of swimming

When summer hits and the heat becomes unbearable, the last thing you want is to be left wishing you had called early enough to have your pool installed at the beginning of spring. Planning your spring installation in the fall/early winter ensures that you are able to get the most use out of your pool throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Think of it like morning traffic – if you’re commuting to work and you leave earlier than normal, you’re guaranteed to get to work early almost every time, but if you leave later than normal you’ll be in gridlock for hours. Book early, swim early is the name of the game.

04-finish everything
at once

If you plan on building your pool in the fall you’ll have the luxury of having your pool in place and ready to go for the spring, but because of the late season installation, you will still have landscaping to consider once spring rolls around.

The beauty of booking your installation in the fall/early winter for a spring build is that you can finish the pool installation and simultaneously be working on the landscaping and any deck work to have the jobs complete near the same time.

One of the most time-consuming parts of installing a pool is the process of acquiring the correct permits to ensure the pool is installed to code. Many projects require conservation permits, and/or developer’s clearance permits that can take up to 6 months to acquire. When you book your installation early you’ll have the luxury of time to acquire these permits which will help to make your install go as smoothly as possible.

06-get the newest
equipment

Each year we introduce revolutionary products and equipment that make pool ownership easier and more enjoyable. With a spring/early summer installation, you’ll have first crack at the newest items on the market to show your friends and family.

07-New liner
patterns

Designing your pool is one of those memorable experiences you’ll remember forever. One of the key design features is your liner, and each season we launch a line of new patterns and designs to accent the ever changing modern backyard space.

With an early installation, you get to take advantage of these new styles and patterns to compliment your outdoor space and have a modern and elegant retreat.

Now you’re ready to begin your dream of having a pool right in the comfort of your own backyard.
