I have to tell you that the excavators were top notch. I don’t know how they dug such a perfect shape (it was a work of art!) They were quick, efficient, very personable and cleaned up after they left. Super team!
Your company was able to service our pool about 12 days ahead of schedule! Thank you! Shane was very efficient in finding and repairing our leak. He also found that the skimmer is not working properly. The office has already been in touch and will install a new skimmer when in stock.
Henley and Matthew were out today to open our pool, they got right to work and had everything finished in half an hour! More than half of our pool deck is actually 6′ high armour stone; this is a task others have shuddered at! They are true professionals and got it done, fast!
The correspondence from Boldt was excellent with regard to the pool opening schedule and the technicians were very friendly.
We just had our new heater and filter installed by Matthew and Tanner. They were very efficient and arrived at 8.am; and were done at 9.30 am. What a great job by Boldt once again. We are still enjoying our new liner that was put in last year!
This is our third HotSprings Spa. The first one was perfect, the second one was great and number three has been so perfect so far. We love the multiple, powerful jets and the deep level of relaxation that comes from them.
