Maintaining proper circulation, regular cleaning and balancing water chemistry is important to keep your hot tub in optimum working order. Your spa is an important part of your lifestyle – we’ll help to keep it that way so that all you have to do is sit back and relax.
Annual Packages are as follows:
1. Twice Weekly - $55 + HST per visit
Ideal for spas with above average bather loads or with off-site owners (i.e. B&B's and rental properties).
2. Weekly - $70 + HST per visit
Ideal for spas with average bather load or second properties.
3. Bi-Weekly - $85 + HST per visit
Ideal for spas with light bather load.
All Annual Service Packages Include:
- Weekly (or Bi-Weekly or twice-weekly) visits to ensure spa is properly maintained
- Test water and balance chemicals
- Weekly filter rinse
- Vacuum spa
- Monthly filter soak/swap out of filters (note: two sets of filters and a vessel for soaking must be available for this package. Customer to remove filters from cleaning solution 24 hours after visit)
- Monthly spa wipe down and full chemical balancing (Alkalinity, PH, Bromine,/Chlorine, Spa Magic, Natural Enzymes)
- Top up water
- Spa functions tested and issues reported
- 10% discount on chemicals delivered and added by our team
Our VIP Swim Spa Service Gold Packages are as follows:
1. Twice Weekly - $75 + HST per visit
2. Weekly - $99 + HST per visit
3. Bi-Weekly - $140 + HST per visit
All Gold Service Packages Include:
- Everything that's included in our regular Annual Packages, PLUS:
- 3 services per year, by a qualified technician to drain, clean spa (customer to refill tub)
- Drain tub and remove debris
- Apply spa cleaner and polish acrylic
- If customer is home, we can start to refill tub - customer to monitor and turn off hose once tub is filled
- Rinse filter(s) and put in cleaning solution to soak overnight, then follow up to reinstall filters
- Initial balancing of water (and adjust spa salt if applicable)
- Salt cell replacement if required, and purchased
- Review tub for any wear or damage - jets, pillows, bar top, light lenses, cover, etc.
- General system diagnostic - review equipment functionality and provide recommendations
- Filter replacement if required and purchased
- Wipe down cover
- 1 visit annually will include:
- Decreaser added and run through spa for 30 minutes, then the complete drain, clean, polish and refill will take place
- Clean and condition cover with cover cleaner
- If spa has a Covana, perform Covana maintenance (grease the motor posts, jack assemblies and chain mechanics and lubricate sleeves)
