You have been consistently courteous and professional beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Moreover, you have gone out of your way in a number of respects (e.g., in regard to financing, putting us on to a great electrician, and arranging for the concrete pad). We love our new spa--for so many reasons, not the least of which is that we have been and remain in good hands with you.

Being new to the area, we didn’t know where to go to buy our first Spa and to be honest, we went to Boldt because it was local. From our first visit we were impressed, the showroom is a pleasure to visit and the range of products available is tremendous. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, but without being pushy. Their attitude is very professional and they are very friendly towards all potential customers, whether they buy anything or not!

We weren’t quite sure what we wanted, other than something within our budget and suitable for our family needs. The staff spent a lot of time with us and talked through all the options and the pros and cons of each. We decided on the Caldera Niagara which was on sale and seemed like a very reasonable price. Before placing the order we felt obliged to check out the competition to find out whether it really was a good deal so we visited a few other spa retail showrooms in the area. I am pleased to say that nowhere else gave us the same level of attention, service and information. We did not feel that the competitor products were of the same quality and value and we were happy to place the order with Boldt who held on to the spa for several weeks until we had prepared the site for installation.

The installation went very smoothly with only a minor hiccup which was quickly resolved. When it was up and running, we had a lot of help from the sales staff and water testing lab staff to test the water and optimize the chemical treatment. Since then we have been thrilled with our purchase and always go back to Boldt for all our pool and spa needs and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
